The Taiga floor coat rack is inspired by the organic shapes of the Siberian coniferous forests that appear in the film Derzu Uzala, by Japanese filmmaker Akira Kurosawa, also calls the forest by the name of Taiga. It is a coat rack created by internationally recognized designer Antoni Arola. Standing coat racks ideal for reception spaces and offices but also for the home, its structure has eight hangers at different heights, which allow you to easily hang clothes, bags, etc.
The version with a built-in umbrella stand and the individual umbrella stand complete the collection. It is made with a steel base, aluminum tube and rounded plastic hangers that allow individual hangers to be accommodated.
MATERIALS AND FINISHES
Available with three finishes, white RAL 9002, turquoise RAL 6034 and dark gray RAL7022.
All metal parts are painted with 80 micron 30% matte epoxy powder paint.
Base
350 mm diameter circular base made of 6 mm thick steel plate. On the underside
It has five housings to place the black polyamide tips, which separate it 8 mm from the
pavement.
Structure
Central structure formed by 2 circular tubes: 30×2 mm aluminum lower tube and upper tube
20×1.5 mm steel.
The hanger-umbrella stand model is made up of two tubes. In the lower tube is fitted, at each end, the
same machined part that joins the two tubes, allowing them to be threaded to the base.
Hangers
Pieces made of high impact polystyrene injection. Its design allows a piece to fit
with the other, the upper tube is hidden. Its shape and inclination allow hanging all kinds of clothes and
accessories as well as hangers. The elements are fixed in the tube with a screw and washer.
