This bed base is manufactured using the most demanding standards in the production of a mid-range article.

Its reinforced tube from 105 cm. with a central bar, the use of a sheet of beech plywood and a polyethylene block superimposed, guarantees us a top of the line product in this range.
The tube has a straight profile on all four corners giving it an elegant and resistant profile at the same time.
The result is a robust, long-lasting slat base with practically no ageing. Ideal for any type of mattress, mainly springs.

Metal tube frame of 40 x 30 x 1.
Epoxy paint with anti-rust treatment in grey colour.
Central bar of 40 x 30 x 1 from size 90 (size not included).
Flexible beech wood sheets of 12 cm. steamed for better articulation and adaptation, wrapped in graphite sheet for anti-slip.
High quality and silent overlapping PVC blocks.
Angle-welded leg plates for greater reinforcement and durability ( length 1.90 prepared for 5 legs).
